Junior Elite Program

Service Description

CMBA Junior Elite Program is designed for students who frequently join tournaments or are focused on participating in badminton competitions; must have satisfactorily completed Intermediate training. Skills and techniques are honed for high-level competitive play. Practice sessions will be intense. Students are encouraged to train 4-6 times per week. • Intensive physical conditioning — endurance, resistance training, flexibility, speed, power • Court play/mastery — control & accuracy of strokes • Game strategies — how to analyze games • Advance footwork • Encourage off-site conditioning — jogging, push-ups, sit-ups, jump rope, lightweights • Students encouraged to participate in major junior tournaments ** Prerequisite: Satisfactory completed the CMBA Intermediate Program and/or Coach’s recommendation Ages: 5-18 Training schedule: Every Monday – Friday, 6-8 am and 4-6 pm (2 sessions per day) Training Location: Sunsuria Pioneer Badminton Center, Kota Damansara Fees: Walk-in rate: RM80 Monthly Pass: RM1400 (Mon to Fri, 1 session per day) RM2200 (Mon to Fri, 2 sessions per day) * Complimentary class (every Saturday 9-11 am) for students who buy the monthly pass Registration Fees: RM50 (1-time fees) **Free 1-piece CMBA training jersey Notes: *No refund for absence, cancellation, or replacement class. *Subject to change without notice. *Training is not conducted on a Public Holiday. *Training fees to be paid not later than the 7th day of each month.
